Thankyou for choosing Elite Sky Tourism for your Dubai Adventure. We are very pleased to be of service to you. Refund/Cancellation/Non-Payment/liability Policies: All Sales are final. No Refunds, Exchanges, Substitutions, or Modifications of any kind will be authorized. See FAQ section for help understanding this policy. Payments not collected will result in forfeiture and nullify any agreement between us and the named customer. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of non-payment. Pricing excludes Airfare. Clients are responsible for booking flights to and from Dubai (DXB) arriving and departing according to the arrival dates shown in the program schedule. Early arrivals or late departures requiring extra nights are not included in the program. Contact Elite Sky Tourism for help adding extra time to your vacation. Force majeure clause: When booking through Elite Sky Tourism L.L.C, travel insurance is not included. As such, we shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment of the prescribed activities. In good faith we will make every effort to book a comparable event/activity/hotel or transport service to mitigate the inconvenience in case of sudden unavailability or cancellation of the prescribed activities/hotels/meals for reasons outside our control. This includes events such as mechanical breakdowns, fire, earthquake, windstorm, lightning, flood, public riots, protest movements, epidemics or pandemics, decisions of government authorities, bans, prohibitions or any other reason beyond the will or control of our company. Dubai is well known for being a safe city to visit and client safety is our top concern. Furthermore, our tour offerings are designed with traveler safety, of all ages, in mind. However, travelers will enjoy the UAE entirely at their own risk. Elite Sky Tourism L.L.C shall not be held liable for loss, injury, or death inside the UAE or during transit to and from the client's origin country for any reason.
